Yes drift cars will get more angle, they are designed for it, and the drivers are used to it.

It's impressive with what the Funny cars are working with.
Buterfly steering wheel....with arm safety straps!!
Tall Wrinkle wall slicks!!
And a throttle that has a very short travel....It's more like an on/off switch for those 8000 horses!!!

All in a few seconds, and BOTH of them stayed in their lanes.

I don't know, but it impressed me!

that funny car driving is impressive at the LEAST..
those little tiny wheels they have in front that dont turn much at all, and that much power is insane.. the throttle control to keep it going fast but not into the wall is crazy..

now someone just has to figure out motorcycle drifting

MotoGP racers... look closely... they do slide the rear wheel... not for show, but because they turn so freaking crazy....
