Default Sad night at Old Series Garage. Caution: sad footage - 01-15-2008, 11:01 AM

So, at about 9PM last night, I get a phone call from our renters at our other house (I kept a couple cars there while I was working on customer projects and friends projects back at home).

Anyways, this phone call lifted me out of my seat and into my car faster then ever before. I arrive at my other house to a destruction that I would never have imagined would have happened to me.

I took pictures this morning as I pulled up and leading to the back where my cars sat.

An amazingly huge tree (would take about two of me to hug it) plowed over my cars.

To say the least, my very rare 1971 factory 4-speed crown was pretty much totaled; bent the door pillar and all... (I will try to save it). My 1967 Toyota Stout is no longer: Cab is gone, and so is the frame. My Other wagon got involved too, but at most it suffered a couple dents and scratches... so far its hard to say exactly the extreme extent of the damage, but here are some revealing pictures.

Sad night indeed.

This sucks. The custom was a beauty. So is this a matter of taking a lose, or is there any hope of some recovery?
